CES 2019 had a ton of awesome TV’s and digital displays on hand. Some of my favorites came from Sony, LG, Hisense, and a new Chinese brand entering the American market, Konka. Check out the video and tell me which one you would want to pick up for yourself in the comments.
LG Electronics had the standout booth of the entire show. The star of that booth was their new Rollable OLED TV’s. They also had an 88-inch 8K OLED on display. Both models will be available for purchase at some point this year.
I was surprised when I got to the Hisense booth. They had both their ULED TV’s and short throw 4k laser projectors on display. Both looked excellent, and would be tremendous options for any home theater. Hisense also had a 145″ modular display on hand which was equally as impressive.
Sony has been at or near the top of the TV game since the 80’s. Their new Master series looks to be the pinnacle of LED TV tech. Look out for this new line at some point this year in 4K and 8K variants.
I will admit that I hadn’t heard of Konka prior to attending CES this year. However the Chinese brand came out swinging with some really solid looking LED TV models. Most people would be wise to take a wait and see approach with this new US brand, but they look to be starting off strong.
