It has been a long wait for the new Blade Runner movie, but it is finally here. Blade Runner 2049 appears to pick up some time after the original groundbreaking movie.
Ryan Gosling steps into the role of the main character this time around, with Harrison Ford popping in for what will at least be a healthy cameo. According to this trailer Atari is somehow still relevant in the future.
While not many plot points can be pulled from the first trailer, there does appear to be a Replicant woman involved. Hopefully this is a unique and different story set in the Blade Runner Universe, and not a remake or rehashing of the original story.
Blade Runner 2049 is set to be released Oct. 6th 2017. Check out the trailer below.
